Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book Behind The I Do to capture wedding content for you. Please read them before booking. By paying your booking fee, you agree to them.

1. About me
Behind The I Do is run by Stephanie Byrne, trading as 'Behind The I Do', based at 24 Chandlers Wharf, Liverpool, L1 8DS. You can contact me at stephaniebyrne70@gmail.com.

2. Your booking
Your booking is confirmed once you've signed your booking form and paid your booking fee. Your package, date, venue, hours and price will be set out in your booking confirmation.

3. Payments
Your remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding. If it isn't paid by then, I'll remind you, and if it's still unpaid 7 days later I may treat your booking as cancelled under my Refund Policy.

4. On the day
- Your coverage hours are set out in your booking. Extra hours can be added on the day at £75 an hour, if I'm available.
- For bookings over 6 hours, I'll need a short break and a hot meal, the same as your other suppliers.
